At BetIntel.ai, our AI agents process operator data with strict security and privacy protocols:
- AI agents are never trained on your data.
- Your data is not used to improve models.
- Data is stored and processed within BetIntel.ai infrastructure only.
- Agents access data only within a session, and do not retain memory after sessions end.
- Datasets are often summarised (aggregated, sampled, or segmented) to protect privacy.
- No PII is ever processed.
Depending on the configuration on your account, agents may receive: a) full datasets, or b) Summarised datasets (aggregated, representative samples, or segment-level summaries)
How It Works:
- User requests a report or insight.
- The system generates a dataset from the operator’s internal database.
- The dataset is stored securely together with the context on a dedicated storage system within Betintel’s infrastructure
- AI agents may receive the dataset or a summary if permitted by your configuration.
- Summarisation is applied automatically where appropriate to minimise data exposure.
- Once the session ends, any dataset or summary generated will no longer be accessible to any AI model.

- Users must re-submit any relevant data in future sessions.
Where Data is Stored
- Data resides in a dedicated and secure datastore on BetIntel.ai infrastructure.
- All AI agents operate within the same secure infrastructure resource group.
- No data or summaries are sent to any external service provider.
